What are your rates & payment terms?
Our rates are £50.00+vat per hour, or £350.00+vat per day and our estimates are based on these. Our payment terms are typically 14 days from receipt of invoice. Some longstanding clients are happy for us to time-track tasks and submit invoices on a monthly basis, whilst others prefer us to quote in advance before starting any work. We're flexible and happy with whatever works best for the client.

Can you provide printed material?
Yes we can. We can supply and manage your print requirement from preflighting artwork, through to print and delivery/distribution. We handle a variety of print projects, from flyers and brochures up to branded merchandise, large format banners & displays and more recently branded PPE. 

Can you provide sustainably sourced printed material?
Yes. We work with a number of suppliers using the FSC accreditation system, and we can supply FSC-accredited print which is eco-friendly, sustainable and uses organic, non-toxic inks. Contact us to discuss how we can help with your print requirements.  

What software do you use?
Primarily we're an Adobe Creative Cloud studio, with most of our days spent using Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Bridge combined with InVision for presenting digital design work. We also use Sketch and Invision Studio. Away from design, we use Dropbox, Google Apps for Business and Microsoft Office 365. We can open almost any file you care to throw at us. Finally, we track projects and tasks with FreeAgent. 

Are you accredited by any trade or consumer bodies?
As a data controller we're registered with the ICO's data protection public register. Our registration number is ZA723923.
